3000 and higher

You want to climb one of the breathtaking 3000 meter peaks around Gastein? If yes, don’t hesitate to sign up for climbing the ANKOGEL 3252m high and one of the most attractive high peaks in the valley.

Qualification:
If you bring good hiking ability and you are able to walk at least 7 hours, than you are qualified for the tour.

Difficulty:
Most of the tour will be hiking on trails, but the last part is steep and exposed, so we rope up and scramble to the summit as rope-team.
The climbing is easy but on exposed terrain your safety is our priority.

Equipment:
You need to bring hiking boots, backpack, rain jacket, pullover, hat, gloves, sun protection, drinks and packed lunch.
